2nd Saturday - April 11th - Wilbanks Bee Package Inspections

CEBA will follow-up on the bee package installations from April 4th.  Kaley Kirby had performed various package installation methods for members to review.  Members now have a chance to compare the methods by inspecting how the bee colonies have progressed in 7 days!

Wilbanks always recommends leaving the installs to settle in by waiting 7-10 days before checking.   We will be taking a peek at all 4 package installs on April 11th, between 10:30 AM and 12 noon.

We also had a swarm on April 4th and beekeepers will need to verify if that colony is beoming "queen-right".

Don't miss out on the hands on learning opportunity.  You should be comparing YOUR package installs to the colonies in the apiary at Oatland.
