CEBA will be hosting their 2nd Saturday activities on September 19th from 10 AM to Noon.
September 19th inspection is to determine if the colony is ready for Fall/Winter season.
CEBA will be reviewing the following:
Members will decide what changes need to be made to prepare the bees for the off season. We also will be looking for YLH's. Department of Agriculture notified Oatland that a nest nearby was destroyed. We should be seeing a drop-off of hornet sightings.
Gates open at 10 AM.
Please use the paved road to make a U-turn to get back to the driveway leading to the apiary. DO NOT cross the medium (you are on camera).
Our apiary activity normally gets going at 10:15 AM.
