CEBA will SOON be taking reservations for 3 lb. bee packages from Wilbanks Apiaries.
To kick off the 2025 bee season, CEBA has invited Owner/Operator Mr. Patrick Wilbanks to be our guest speaker on our 2nd Saturday Event.
We will be meeting indoors and we have the opportunity to learn from a 5th Generation beekeeper/company on the topics of "bee packages" and "NUCs".
CEBA has requested Patrick to not only educate our members on the commercial production of bees, but also to help us know what we should be looking for when purchasing packages and/or NUCs.
Many CEBA Members continue to acquire bees from various sources but often do not know what questions to ask. When it comes to NUCs, we are seeing inconsistent standards. Don't miss this opportunity to talk directly to Wilbanks Apiaries owner and get your questions answered!
CEBA will also be emailing Members our 2025 Proposals, along with asking our members to vote on many issues. Reorganizing from the COVID period has been difficult, but 2025 can really be a great season in beekeeping.
CEBA has an important role in maintaining our apiary and continuing to complete the improvements for both our club and the public.
