CEBA monthly meeting: Preparing a winning honey show entry

Guest speaker Bobby Chaisson has been keeping bees for more over 10 years and has successfully exhibited honey and bee related entries throughout Georgia. He has been awarded more than 100 show ribbons, including two Best in Show awards, in classes that include extracted honey, creamed honey, bees wax, photography, crafts and many others. He is well versed at preparing and entering award winning exhibits in a wide array of shows.

Bobby will share tips and tricks to help you prepare an entry for a honey show that will give you the best chance at winning. CEBA will be hosting a honey show on Saturday, Dec. 14, 2019. Learn about the show's categories and rules.

Coastal Empire Beekeepers Assn. hosts meetings on the second Monday of each month.

Social time: 6-6:30 p.m.

Meeting time: 6:30-8 p.m.

The meeting is free and open to the public.
